At A2 you will study the two following areas:

– The Golden Age of Spain; 1474-1598

– The Mid-Tudor Crisis? England 1536-88

These two topics allow you to go into some real depth, and analyse key Historical topics in a level of detail that is closer to undergraduate level than you will have been used to thus far. When combined with your studies in the L6, at the end of this year you will have an excellent grasp of the key events, personalities and happenings (as well as the Historical debates) of 16th century Europe.
